These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zero Cast application and its related services. Zero Cast is developed and operated by
Azhar Hussain in Pakistan Zero Cast is a screen casting and remote control application for supported Windows and Android devices. The application
may allow users to share a device screen with another device and use audio streaming or authorized remote control features.
In these Terms the words Zero Cast we us and our refer to the Zero Cast application and its developer Azhar Hussain. The words user you and your refer to any person who downloads installs accesses or uses Zero Cast. The word Services refers to the Zero Cast application website downloads updates screen casting audio streaming remote control APIs and related systems.
By downloading installing accessing or using Zero Cast you confirm that you have read understood and accepted these Terms. You must not use Zero Cast when you do not agree with these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You may use Zero Cast only when you are legally able to accept these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
A person who has not reached the legal age of majority may use Zero Cast only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the use of the application.
You must not use Zero Cast in any place where screen sharing remote control audio transmission or similar technology is prohibited by applicable law.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
Zero Cast provides screen casting and remote control features between supported Windows and Android devices.
Depending on the device operating system application version permissions and available functionality Zero Cast may allow a user to share a screen view a shared screen transmit audio and send authorized mouse keyboard touch scrolling navigation or media control commands.
Zero Cast may also provide application downloads software updates version information release notes service status notices maintenance messages and security notices.
Not every feature will be available on every device. Some features may depend on device hardware operating system permissions internet connection network quality third party services and technical limitations.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
You accept these Terms when you download install access or use Zero Cast.
You also accept these Terms when you start or join a screen casting session enable audio streaming enable remote control use the official website or continue using the Services after updated Terms become effective.
Granting an operating system permission does not give you permission to use Zero Cast unlawfully. You remain responsible for every action performed through your device or Session.

4. LICENSE TO USE ZERO CAST
Zero Cast gives you a limited personal revocable non exclusive non transferable and non sublicensable license to install and use the application while you follow these Terms.
You may use Zero Cast for lawful personal educational professional testing technical support productivity presentation or device assistance purposes.
Zero Cast is licensed and not sold. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application or any part of the Services to you.
You must not sell rent lease sublicense copy redistribute or commercially distribute Zero Cast without written permission from the developer.
You must not remove copyright notices ownership information developer information or other legal notices from the application or website.
You must not create fake modified infected or counterfeit versions of Zero Cast. You must not package Zero Cast with malware unwanted software advertisements or hidden tracking systems.
You must not reverse engineer decompile disassemble or attempt to obtain private source code except where applicable law clearly allows such activity.
You must not bypass security systems authorization checks update restrictions service controls or any technical protection used by Zero Cast.

5. AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS DEVICES
You may view share access or control a device through Zero Cast only when you own that device or have clear permission from its owner or authorized user.
Permission must be obtained before beginning screen sharing audio transmission or remote control involving another persons device.
You must not obtain permission through deception threats pressure impersonation fake security warnings misleading technical support claims or hidden installation.
Permission for one task does not give permission for every other task. Permission to view a presentation does not give permission to read private messages open unrelated files access passwords change account settings install software delete information make purchases or continue controlling the device after permission has been withdrawn.
You must immediately stop the Session when the device owner or authorized user asks you to stop.

6. SCREEN SHARING RESPONSIBILITIES
The user who starts screen sharing is responsible for deciding what appears on the shared screen.
A shared screen may display messages notifications photographs videos documents browser activity account information passwords authentication codes financial information work documents private files and information belonging to another person.
Before starting a Session you should close minimize or hide anything that you do not want to share. You should disable sensitive notifications and avoid entering passwords payment details recovery codes or other private information while another person can view your screen.
A connected person may be able to take screenshots record the display use a camera or copy shared information by using another application or device.
Zero Cast cannot control what an authorized participant does with information that you choose to display. You are responsible for connecting only with people and devices that you trust.

7. REMOTE CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES
Remote control may allow another device to send mouse keyboard touch scrolling navigation shortcut or media control commands to the Host Device.
A person controlling another device must act only within the permission provided by the device owner.
The controlling person must not open unrelated applications files messages or accounts. The controlling person must not change security settings install software delete information make purchases transfer files or collect passwords without clear permission.
The controlling person must stop immediately when requested and must not prevent the device owner from ending the Session.
The person using the Host Device should monitor remote control activity and end the Session when unexpected suspicious or unauthorized activity occurs.

8. AUDIO STREAMING
Where supported Zero Cast may transmit system audio application audio or microphone audio.
Users are responsible for receiving any permission required before transmitting another persons voice conversation meeting call media workplace communication educational content or private audio.
Zero Cast does not give users ownership or recording rights over audio belonging to another person.
Zero Cast is normally intended to transmit audio during an active Session. Zero Cast is not intended to create permanent cloud recordings unless a separate recording feature clearly states that recording is enabled.
A connected user may still record audio by using another application or device. The person making such a recording is responsible for that activity.

9. SESSION CODES AND CONNECTION SECURITY
Zero Cast may use temporary connection codes session identifiers tokens device names or pairing information to establish a connection.
You are responsible for protecting this information and sharing it only with trusted people.
You must not publish an active session code share connection information with an unknown person or enter a code received from a suspicious source.
You must not attempt to guess collect steal reuse or automatically discover another users session information.
When you believe that connection information has been exposed you should end the Session and create a new connection.
Zero Cast may expire reject replace limit or block connection information for security maintenance technical or abuse prevention reasons.

10. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use Zero Cast for unlawful harmful deceptive abusive or unauthorized activity.
You must not access view monitor share or control a device without clear permission from its owner or authorized user.
You must not use Zero Cast as spyware stalkerware or a hidden surveillance tool. You must not secretly monitor another persons screen messages calls work activity home activity or private information.
You must not pretend to be technical support a bank a government office a security company or another trusted organization to convince someone to provide remote access.
You must not use Zero Cast to obtain passwords one time codes recovery codes bank information payment card details cryptocurrency keys private keys identity documents or unauthorized account access.
You must not use Zero Cast to install malware distribute ransomware operate a botnet disable security software bypass access controls exploit security weaknesses damage devices damage networks or steal information.
You must not use Zero Cast to harass threaten blackmail stalk intimidate exploit humiliate or unlawfully harm another person.
You must not use Zero Cast to unlawfully copy record display transmit or distribute copyrighted software movies music games broadcasts documents courses or other protected material.
You must not overload Zero Cast systems attack servers bypass request limits manipulate website statistics manipulate download statistics enter administrative systems or send excessive automated requests.
Employers schools organizations parents guardians and administrators must follow all laws that apply to monitoring notification consent privacy employment and education.

11. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Zero Cast may request permissions required for screen capture system audio microphone access local network access notifications remote input files storage or background operation.
These permissions are requested only to provide the related application features.
You may deny or remove permissions through your operating system settings. Some features may stop working when the required permission is denied or removed.
You are responsible for having the authority to grant permissions on the relevant device.
You must not modify Zero Cast to hide permission use or bypass operating system permission screens.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Zero Cast may use online systems to manage the availability of screen casting remote control audio streaming updates downloads application versions APIs maintenance mode service messages and other features.
A feature may be limited changed disabled suspended or removed because of maintenance security problems technical problems abuse compatibility issues infrastructure limits legal requirements platform requirements application updates or service discontinuation.
These controls do not allow Zero Cast to secretly begin screen capture microphone access or remote control. Required user actions and device permissions still apply.
Zero Cast does not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or continue working in the same way.

13. APPLICATION UPDATES
Zero Cast may release updates containing new features design changes security fixes bug fixes performance improvements compatibility improvements updated legal information or removed features.
Some updates may be required to continue using the Services.
Older versions may stop working when they create security compatibility technical or infrastructure problems.
You should install Zero Cast updates only from the official Zero Cast website or another source clearly identified as official.
Zero Cast is not responsible for unofficial modified infected or counterfeit versions of the application.

14. DOWNLOADS AND INSTALLATION
You should download Zero Cast only from an official distribution source.
Before installation you are responsible for checking device compatibility maintaining backups reviewing requested permissions keeping your operating system updated and confirming that you have permission to install software on the device.
Zero Cast may require suitable storage memory processing power operating system components network access and device permissions.
Zero Cast does not guarantee compatibility with every device manufacturer operating system version custom system virtual machine emulator firewall antivirus product network or third party application.

15. INTERNET AND DATA CHARGES
Zero Cast may use the internet or a local network to transmit screen content audio remote control commands session information update information download files and technical data.
Screen and audio streaming may use a large amount of data.
Your internet provider mobile network or another service provider may charge you for data use.
You are responsible for internet charges mobile data charges roaming charges network fees hardware expenses electricity costs and other costs connected with using Zero Cast.

16. USER CONTENT
Zero Cast may display or transmit content selected by users including screens audio documents applications websites games videos and messages.
Zero Cast does not become the owner of content only because it is displayed or transmitted through a Session.
You confirm that you have the required rights and permissions to access display transmit control record or share the content involved.
You are responsible for content shown during a Session content transmitted to another device remote control actions files opened changed downloaded or deleted and compliance with privacy copyright and other applicable laws.
Zero Cast does not approve verify or control content displayed by users or third party applications.

17. PRIVACY
Your use of Zero Cast is also governed by the Zero Cast Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be accessed processed used stored protected retained and shared.
You should read the Privacy Policy before using screen sharing audio transmission remote control or other features involving personal information.
When a matter specifically concerns the handling of personal information the Privacy Policy will apply.

18. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Zero Cast may depend on or interact with third party services including Supabase hosting providers cloud systems content delivery networks domain providers operating system services device manufacturers network providers application distribution platforms security services and analytics systems.
Third party services may have their own terms privacy policies and security practices.
Zero Cast does not control third party availability security policy changes restrictions content system failures or service interruptions.
A failure or change in a third party service may affect Zero Cast.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Zero Cast and its original application code website design branding logo interface graphics animations icons text documentation and original assets are owned by or licensed to Azhar Hussain unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
You must not use Zero Cast branding to impersonate the official application distribute fake versions suggest an unauthorized partnership mislead users promote malware or create confusing websites accounts applications or services.
Third party names trademarks software and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

20. FEEDBACK
You may provide bug reports suggestions ideas feature requests designs or technical feedback through an official support method.
By submitting feedback you allow Zero Cast to use that feedback to develop test improve promote and operate the Services without an obligation to provide payment.
This permission does not transfer ownership of unrelated personal content or confidential material.
You should not include passwords payment details private keys identity documents or unrelated private information in normal feedback messages.

21. FREE AND FUTURE PAID FEATURES
Zero Cast may currently provide some or all features free of charge.
Free access does not guarantee that every feature will remain free permanently.
Zero Cast may introduce premium features subscriptions usage limits business plans bandwidth charges storage charges or optional purchases in the future.
Prices and payment terms will be shown before a user is charged.
A user will not be charged only because these Terms mention possible paid features.

22. BETA AND EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES
Zero Cast may provide beta preview early access or experimental features.
These features may contain errors stop working change without notice be removed cause crashes or behave differently on different devices.
You use experimental features at your own risk.
You should not rely on experimental features for emergency medical financial industrial safety critical business or other safety sensitive activity.

23. NO EMERGENCY OR SAFETY CRITICAL USE
Zero Cast is not designed for emergency response medical equipment life support systems vehicle control aviation systems industrial safety systems military systems critical infrastructure or other situations where failure could cause death injury or serious damage.
You must not use Zero Cast as the only method of controlling a critical device.
A safe local method of controlling or disconnecting the device should always remain available.

24. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Zero Cast may limit suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services because of a violation of these Terms unauthorized access fraud malware harassment abuse security threats excessive automated requests legal requirements platform requirements infrastructure protection maintenance or service discontinuation.
Immediate action may be taken when required to protect users systems or third parties.
You may stop using Zero Cast at any time by ending active Sessions and uninstalling the application.
When access is terminated your license to use Zero Cast also ends.

25. SERVICE DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent allowed by law Zero Cast is provided as available.
Zero Cast does not guarantee that the Services will always be available connections will never fail streaming will never stop audio will always remain synchronized remote control commands will always work every device will be compatible or every feature will remain free from errors.
Performance may be affected by network delay packet loss device performance operating system restrictions firewalls routers antivirus software mobile networks third party services and user settings.
No software network or remote access service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from technical problems.
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights that cannot be removed under applicable law.

26. BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS
Before installing updates allowing remote control or changing important settings you should maintain suitable backups.
Remote control activity may accidentally cause file deletion file modification setting changes software installation account changes application closure session interruption or loss of unsaved work.
You are responsible for monitoring remote activity and protecting your information.
Zero Cast is not a data backup service.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by law Azhar Hussain and Zero Cast will not be responsible for indirect special incidental or consequential loss connected with the use of the Services.
This may include loss involving data files business income profit reputation opportunity device availability unauthorized user activity interrupted Sessions network failure incompatible devices unofficial application versions information displayed by a user or actions performed by a connected user.
Zero Cast is not responsible for unlawful unauthorized or harmful actions performed by users through screen sharing audio transmission or remote control.
Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

28. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for your use of Zero Cast and every device person permission and Session connected with your use.
You are responsible for content displayed or transmitted remote control actions permissions granted compliance with applicable law and damage caused by unauthorized or unlawful use from your device.
You should immediately end a Session when suspicious unexpected or unauthorized activity occurs.

29. INDEMNITY
To the extent allowed by law you agree to protect Azhar Hussain and Zero Cast from claims losses liabilities damages and reasonable legal costs resulting from your unlawful use of Zero Cast your violation of these Terms unauthorized access to another device violation of privacy rights violation of intellectual property rights or failure to receive required permission.
This section does not apply where responsibility cannot legally be transferred to you.

30. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Mandatory legal or consumer rights available to users in another country may still apply where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

31. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before starting formal legal proceedings you should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue through an official support or contact method available on the Zero Cast website.
A dispute notice should clearly explain the issue relevant events requested solution and information needed to understand the matter.
When a dispute cannot be resolved informally it may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan.
Mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rights that apply to the user will remain available.

32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Zero Cast may update these Terms when new features are introduced existing features change features are removed security requirements change third party services change business plans change paid features are introduced or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will display a new Last Updated date.
Important changes may also be announced through the official website application release notes update notices notifications or in app messages.
Continued use of Zero Cast after updated Terms become effective means that the revised Terms apply to future use of the Services.

33. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Zero Cast may provide legal notices security alerts maintenance messages service information and update information electronically.
These communications may be provided through the official website application in app messages notifications release notes update notices or official support methods.
Electronic notices may satisfy written notice requirements where permitted by applicable law.

34. SEVERABILITY
When any part of these Terms is found invalid unlawful or unenforceable that part will be limited or removed only as much as necessary.
The remaining parts of these Terms will continue to apply.

35. NO WAIVER
A failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not remove the right to enforce that part later.
A waiver will apply only when it has been clearly provided by the relevant party.

36. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the Zero Cast Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between the user and Zero Cast regarding the Services.
Additional terms clearly presented for a specific feature may also apply.
These documents replace earlier understandings concerning the same subject.

37. LANGUAGE
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience.
When translations have different meanings the English version will apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

38. DEVELOPER INFORMATION
Zero Cast is developed and operated by Azhar Hussain in Pakistan.
Questions support requests legal notices or reports relating to these Terms may be submitted through an official contact or support method available on the Zero Cast website.
